Southeast Man Charged With Hate Crime A Southeast man has been charged with a hate crime after threatening a victim due to their sexual orientation, according to state police. Jeevan P. Abraham, 29, was arrested by New York State Poice on Wednesday, Dec. 6, following an investigation which found that he threatened a victim whose gender was not released because of the person's sexual orientation, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Patrick Pierre-Saint, 39, of Union Vale, was arrested by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force for possessing in excess of an ounce of cocaine, heroin, oxycodone, Molly/MDMA, $1,800 in cash, packaging materials and scales following an investigation to narcotics sales at his home, said, Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force. Man Accused Of Stealing From Millbrook Client Is No-Show In Court A 50-year-old Orange  County man who is charged with stealing thousands from a Millbrook client was nabbed by New York State Police for being a no-show for several court dates. Max N. Sandmeier of Newburgh was charged last week with felony bail jumping, said NYSP spokesman AJ Hicks. Sandmeier, an accountant was originally charged in March with when he was charged with multiple felonies in March for ripping off the client for more than $40,000 worth of stocks, state police said. Stormville Man Going 90 MPH Caught With Crack, Heroin, Police Say A Stormville man is behind bars after police clocked him going more than 90 miles an hour with drugs in his vehicle. Dariush Moazami, 28, was stopped around 11:10 p.m. Tuesday when deputies with the Ulster County Sheriff's Office clocked him traveling more than 90 miles per hour on Broadway in the Town of Esopus, the department said.
