Poughkeepsie Man Nabbed With Crack Cocaine During Traffic Stop A Poughkeepsie man was arrested for possession of drugs following a traffic stop by Town of Poughkeepsie Police. Robert W. Johnson, 21, was arrested at 2:30 a.m, March 30, while a passenger in a vehicle that had been stopped for a traffic violation, said Capt. Kevin Faber. An investigation found that Johnson was in possession of crack cocaine, Faber said. He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
