State Police Seize More Than 3,000 Pills In I-95 Stop Connecticut State Police nabbed a man with more than 3,000 MDMA pills and pot following a traffic stop on I-95. The incident took place around 2:50 p.m. Sunday on I-95 in West Haven when Trooper Robert Garbalosa stopped of Anthony Pierre, 47, of Decatur, Georgia, for talking on the cell phone while driving, said Trooper Kelly Grant.  During the stop, Garbolsa developed probable cause to search the vehicle and uncovered 3,3000 MDMA pill and 4.7 grams of marijuana, state police said.
