Woman Charged In Fatal Stamford Crash After Turning Herself In A Stamford woman has been arrested in a fatal crash that killed an 81-year-old local woman while she was walking through a parking lot in March. Marie Infante, 66, turned herself into police Friday after an investigation found that she was at fault in the deadly crash that occurred around 7 p.m. on March 6 at the Newfield Green Shopping Center, said Stamford Police Sgt. Coast Guard Calls Off Search After Adrift Paddleboard Found Off CT Coast The Coast Guard suspended its search Friday morning for a possible person in the water following the report of an unmanned adrift paddleboard approximately a quarter mile southwest of Calf Island. Second Body Recovered In Hunting Crash; Two Area Brothers Still Missing Two days after the body of one of four hunters who has been missing along with two Mahopac brothers following an SUV crash in Idaho was found, another body has been recovered, according to the Idaho Statesman. 23-Year-Old Suspect Quickly Caught After Beacon Purse Snatching Incident Beacon Police quickly arrested a 23-year-old local man after he snatched a woman's purse, according to the Beacon Police Department. Bobby Jones III, of Beacon, was arrested around 10 p.m. Sunday after police responded to Liberty Street for a purse snatching incident, said Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson. Man, 59, Killed In Head-On Hudson Valley Motorcycle Crash State Police are investigating a crash involving a vehicle from the Orange County District Attorney's office in which a 59-year-old motorcyclist was killed. Suspect, 27, Charged In Beacon Armed Robbery Beacon police nabbed a 27-year-old man for an attempted armed robbery, according to the Beacon Police Department. Kenneth R. Police Search For BMW In Northern Westchester Pedestrian Hit-Run Police are searching for a black BMW with Connecticut license plates that struck a pedestrian and fled the area in Peekskill.
