Bobby Jones III, of Beacon, was arrested around 10 p.m. Sunday after police responded to Liberty Street for a purse snatching incident, said Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson. Man, 59, Killed In Head-On Hudson Valley Motorcycle Crash State Police are investigating a crash involving a vehicle from the Orange County District Attorney's office in which a 59-year-old motorcyclist was killed. The crash occurred in Orange County at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on Crystal Run Road in the Town of Wallkill, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Man, 23, Charged With Assault, Resisting Arrest In New Canaan A 23-year-old man was arrested for assault and resisting arrest during a domestic dispute, according to the New Canaan Police. Tyler J. Moroch of New Canaan was arrested after officers arrived on the scene Tuesday on Millport Avenue and found Moroch in a domestic dispute with the victim, police said. An investigation led to the arrest of Moroch who was charged with disorderly conduct, assault, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. He is being held on $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.

Man Caught Trying To Enter Vacant Rockland Home, Police Say A Stony Point man was busted for criminal trespass and possession of pot after police found him, along with another man, attempting to enter a vacant home. Jeremy T. Garcia, 21, was arrested Tuesday, June 5, after Stony Point police responded to a reported incident of two men attempting to enter a vacant home on Beech Road, said Lt. Daniel Hylas.
