The bear ultimately found its way into a backyard on Farley Drive in West Haverstraw, the police department said. Man Caught Speeding Under The Influence, New Canaan Police Say A New Canaan man was busted for driving under the influence after officers spotted him speeding. Clayton Burt, 20, was arrested early Friday after an officer on patrol observed a vehicle traveling 60 mph in a posted 40 mph speed zone, said New Canaan Lt. Jason Ferraro.
