New Windsor Man Caught With Drugs After Traffic Stop A New Windsor man was busted for possession of a controlled substance after being stopped for a traffic violation.Gean L. Pittman, 38, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 15, on Washington Avenue after officers found he was in possession of two separate controlled substances, the town of Ulster Police said in a press release.  Pittman was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and for not wearing a seatbelt.  He was processed and released.
