Man Nabbed In Wallkill Burglary
A Wallkill man was arrested for burglary after being caught inside a business he had entered illegally, according to the town of Wallkill Police.
Tomas Ruiz, 39, was busted around 12:47 a.m. June 15, after Wallkill police officers Jonathan Gomez and Brendan Smith responded to a call for a burglary at Chromalloy, 105 Tower Drive, Wallkill police said.
Upon arrival, the officers found Ruiz inside the business where he was apprehended and charged with burglary and petit larceny, police said.
He is being held on $5,000 cash/$15,000 bond.
Greenwich PD Nab Man Wanted For Larceny
Greenwich police nabbed a man wanted for a host of charges including larceny after he was booked into jail on another matter.
Aaron Fogg, 24, of Newark, was arrested Wednesday by Greenwich Police at the Sussex County Jail in Newtown, N.J., where he was being held for another crime, said Lt. David Nemecek.
Fogg was wanted for a March crime that included the charges of larceny, criminal attempt, criminal impersonation, and forgery, police said.
Fogg waived extradition on June 20 and was transported back to Greenwich where he is being held on $25,000 bond.

A Fairfield woman is $500,000 richer after claiming one of four top prizes in the Lottery's new game $500,000 Extreme Cash.
Anne M. Doucette collected her cash Monday at CT Lottery’s headquarters in Rocky Hill, according to CT Lottery officials.
According to Lottery officials, there are three remaining $500,000 prizes left out of 2,197,479 tickets.

Gardener Strikes Man In Dispute Over Parked Car In Greenwich, Police Say
A gardener who lives in Stamford was arrested for attacking another man during a dispute over a parked vehicle in Greenwich.
Francisco Oliveros, 51, was charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of an assault around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, June 26 between two people at a home on Round Hill Road, said Greenwich PD Lt. David Nemecek.
When police arrived the victim, Fred Barakat, told officers that he was on the property to pick up the garbage dumpsters and that an argument had occurred with the property's gardener, Oliveros, Nemecek said.
