Driver In Fatal Fiery Westchester Crash Charged With DWI A New Rochelle man has been charged with DWI in the fatal crash that killed his passenger on Saturday. Alan Roth, 63, who was also injured in the crash, was charged with a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated, said New Rochelle Police Capt. The crash occurred around 9 a.m. Tuesday after the unidentified driver of a 2007 Honda Accord traveling westbound on Shunpike Road near Kennels Road lost control of the vehicle, said Capt. Wappingers Falls Three-Alarm Fire Destroys Home Numerous fire departments are on the scene of a three-alarm blaze at a two-and-half story home in Wappingers Falls that has caused extensive damage.  According to officials, the fire started around 2:30 p.m. at 60 Huber Road in Chelsea and quickly spread to a three-alarm blaze.  Chelsea Fire District, Castle Point, Glenham, City Of Beacon, Hughsonville and Village of Fishkill FAST Team are on the scene.  There are no reports of any injuries.
