Michelet Mongerard was at a party with about 20 or 30 family members when one of his cousins noticed him at the bottom of the pool around 7 p.m., at 56 Greenfield Road, said Stamford Police Sgt. Kenneth Jarrett. Man Nabbed For Violating Protection Order, Threatening Victim In Wilton A 54-year-old area man was arrested for verbally threatening another person while intoxicated, according to the Wilton Police. Rusty L. McClintock, of Wilton, was arrested Saturday, June 16, after Wilton police responded to a 911 call and on arrival found McClintock, intoxicated and still threatening the victim, Lt.
