One Seriously Injured In Head-On Dutchess Crash One person was seriously injured in a head-on crash after being trapped in the vehicle, according to the New York State Police. The crash took place around 8:35 a.m. Wednesday at 3010 Pleasant Ridge Road in Wingdale, said AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police.
