Man Charged With DUI After Fleeing Scene Of Crash, Wilton Police Say A local man was arrested for drunk driving after being involved in a car crash and then leaving the scene on foot, according to Wilton Pollice. The crash took place around 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, on Seely Road, Wilton Police said. A passerby reported the crash and when officers arrived on the scene there was no one in the vehicle. ID Released For Man Killed In Northern Westchester Crash A 63-year-old Westchester man killed during a single-vehicle crash on Route 116 has been identified.  William S. Jackson of Mount Vernon was killed around 5:25 a.m. Tuesday in the town of Somers after losing control of his vehicle, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police.
