Man Charged With Violating Protection Order In Westchester A man already in jail on other charges was arrested again for violating a protective order earlier this year. Justin Martinez, 31, of Middletown, was arrested by Yorktown Police on Monday at the Orange County Jail on charges that he violated an order of protection on August 12 in Yorktown, police said. An arrest report says that police responded to a Yorktown home and met with a victim who reported Martinez had contacted them by phone and text, violating the order from Pennsylvania. Route 304 Closed Due To Overturned Truck Motorists can expect major delays in the area as a stretch of Route 304 will be closed for several hours due to an overturned truck that has spilled debris across the roadway. Clarkstown Police said the crash occurred just before 10 a.m. just south of West Nyack Road in Nanuet covering the roadway with debris that will have to be cleared, as well as having the truck towed.
