Child-Care Worker Accused Of Force-Feeding Infant, Greenwich Police Say A 56-year-old child-care worker has been arrested for allegedly force-feeding an infant at a daycare center. Karen Von Tobel of Greenwich was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 12, following a months-long investigation by the Greenwich Police Department's Special Victim's Unit, said Capt. Robert Berry. Police were first notified on Oct. 23 by a caseworker from the Department of Children and Families of an incident that had taken place on Oct. 16, at a childcare facility in Greenwich, Berry said. Rockland Measles Cases Keep On Climbing The number of measles cases in Rockland County has increased again with 94 confirmed cases and four suspected cases.In addition, the number of people being vaccinated has skyrocketed with a reported 11,100 MMR vaccines being given since the beginning of the epidemic in late September, the Department of Health reported.  Forty-seven of those vaccines were administered during a clinic Tuesday at the Palisades Center after an infected person had visited the area. Stabbing Under Investigation In Bridgeport Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred in broad daylight on a city street.The incident took place around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 on Park Avenue, in Bridgeport, according to Bridgeport Police. When police arrived on the scene they found one victim who was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
