Traffic Stop Leads To Felony Charge For Hamlet Of Wallkill Man A 31-year-old man was nabbed by members of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office for aggravated driving without a license following a traffic stop. William R. Montanye, of the hamlet of Wallkill, was arrested following the stop last month in the Town of Gardiner for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and an expired inspection, Sheriff's officials said.
