Town Clerk Accused Of Embezzling $20,000 A town clerk in Crawford has been arrested for allegedly embezzling $20,000 from the town over the past several years. Two-Alarm Fire Severely Damages Home In Westchester A chimney fire severely damaged a home in Irvington on Sunday. The fire was reported to the Irvington Fire Department around 2:59 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at a home on Blueberry Hill Road, said Fire Chief Anthony Tarricone. Arriving firefighters found the flames and smoke contained to the living room and master bedroom he said. Firefighters had to stretch a hose up a long hill to attack the fire due to the location of the home. No residents or firefighters were injured. ID Released For Man Shot, Killed In Bridgeport The man who was shot and killed in a barrage of gunfire in Bridgeport has been identified. Tyron Heard, 21 of Bridgeport, was shot and killed around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 10, according to Bridgeport Police Capt. Brian Fitzgerald.
