Olivia Romero, of Ridgefield, was arrested after turning herself into Wilton Police on a warrant on Monday, April 1, for the alleged incident that took place on Feb. 2, said Lt. Robert Kluk.  According to the arrest report, Romero was seen on video surveillance stealing $130 worth of razors at the store on River Road in Wilton, police said.  She was processed and is being held on $2,500 bond.
