SUV Crashes Into Long Island Home An SUV lost control and slammed into a Long Island home, injuring the driver and a resident inside. The crash took place around 9:15 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24, in Hicksville, said the Nassau County Police. According to police, a 25-year-old man was driving a 2008 Lincoln southbound on Bethpage Road when the vehicle left the roadway and struck the home on Woodbury Road.
