Woman Arrested For Failing To Pay Ticket For Causing Public Disturbance, Cops Say A 27-year-old area woman was arrested for failing to pay a ticket after being stopped for a routine traffic violation. Raneisha Wright of Bridgeport was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 13, by the Newtown Police when officers determined that she had an active warrant, said Newtown Police Lt. Aaron Bahamonde. The warrant stemmed from Bridgeport and failure to pay for a ticket for creating a public disturbance, police said.
