Nassau County Police said Eric Mordhorst, 67, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 11, for allegedly sending inappropriate text messages to the victim, a 14-year-old male student, for more than a year. Mordhorst was arrested at his home without incident and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Nov. 15. Fentanyl-Laced Cocaine Kills One, Three Overdose In Area, Police Say Police are reporting that one person died and another three suffered overdoses after allegedly taking cocaine laced with Fentanyl in Ulster County. The incident took place on Saturday, Nov. 9, when the Kingston Police Patrol and Detective divisions responded to a call regarding multiple overdoses at an area home.
