Accused Deadly Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed During Stamford Traffic Stop A 68-year-old city man accused of dealing Fentanyl was nabbed by Stamford Police during a traffic stop. Frankie "Blue" Moore, 68, of Stamford, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 7, following a traffic stop by Officer Tim Inverno, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
