She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She attended Eastern Florida State College in Melbourne, Florida.

Man Accused Of Breaking Into Greenwich Business, Stealing Items A 49-year-old local man was arrested on a warrant for allegedly breaking into a Greenwich business and stealing items. Kevin Joyce, of Greenwich, turned himself in at police headquarters on Tuesday, Nov. 12, on charges of burglary, larceny and criminal mischief, said Lt. John Slusarz. According to police, Joyce allegedly broke into a food-service business by breaking a door around 2 a.m., on Sept. 26, on Greenwich Avenue, Slusarz said. The items he stole totaled around $60. Joyce was being held on $25,000, which he could not post.

Northern Westchester Man Nabbed For Bail Jumping A Bedford Hills man was nabbed for bail jumping after a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to show up to court. Denny Ray Frederick, 59, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 5, by the Yorktown Police after the Westchester County Police found he was wanted on an active warrant. According to police, Frederick was wanted for failing to appear in Yorktown Court on a previous charge, the Yorktown Police said. Once he was processed by Yorktown,  he was turned over to the North Castle police where he was also wanted on an active warrant.
