Two Injured When Bus Sideswipes Vehicle In Bridgeport Two people were injured when a Bridgeport Transit bus sideswiped a parked vehicle. The incident took place around 10:25 a.m., Monday, Nov. 18, when the 58-year-old driver of the bus hit a GMC Canyon on Fairfield Avenue, said Terron Jones, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police Department. The driver of the parked car was an 86-year-old man, Jones said.
