Man Charged With Killing Girlfriend’s Cat In Naugatuck, Police Say A 25-year-old area man was arrested for allegedly killing his girlfriend's cat during a domestic dispute. Christopher Monteleone, 25, of Naugatuck, was arrested around 11 p.m., on Monday, Dec. 9, after police responded to an apartment for a reported domestic violence incident, said the Naugatuck Police.
