Man Nabbed In Connection With Alleged Theft Of Four Personal Watercraft, Newtown Police Say A 31-year-old area man turned himself in to police after learning he was wanted on a warrant in connection for allegedly stealing four personal watercraft earlier this year. Jerrysan Rohena, 31, of Waterbury, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 6, for the alleged thefts of the four vehicles worth more than $50,000, said the Newtown Police. The thefts were in September and October of this year along Lake Lillinonah, Lake Zoar, police said. Dov Weinraub was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 4, said Ramapo Police Det. Sgt. Michael Higgins. Weinraub, of Passaic, New Jersey, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 in the area, Higgins said.
