Mark Johnson Jr., 21, of the City of Poughkeepsie, was found around 12:09 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, when officers responded to the area of Morgan Avenue after the unidentified shooter called the police, said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Dov Weinraub was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 4, said Ramapo Police Det. Sgt. Michael Higgins. Weinraub, of Passaic, New Jersey, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 in the area, Higgins said.
