Second Arrest Made In Multi-State Retail Theft Ring Another person has been arrested in connection with a multi-state retail theft ring that allegedly has stolen more than $90,000 in goods. Jahliil Parrott, 22, of Windsor, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 16, after New Canaan Police traveled to Nassau County, New York, where he was being held on robbery charges, said New Canaan Police Department Lt. The two-car crash took place around 9:25 p.m., Monday, Dec. 16, on South Bedford Road near Old Wagon Road in Bedford. Ice and freezing rains caused crashes across the area which included two that led to closures of two major Northern Westchester roadways on Tuesday, Dec. 17. Route 121 was closed for several hours between Titicus Road and June Road in North Salem due to a car crash with injuries and downed wires. Woman Killed, Two Men Injured As Fire Rips Through Area Home A woman was killed and two men received burns during a fast-moving fire in a mobile home in the area.
