Two Shot Multiple Times In Orange County Incident Two men were found shot after police responded to a "shot spotter" notification in Orange County. The incident took place around 2:30 a.m, Thursday, Dec. 19, when the City of Newburgh Police received the notification of gunshots in the area of City Terrace, said Lt. Joseph Burns. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Tykeith Stevenson, 31, of Newburgh, who sustained several gunshot wounds, Burns said. Norwalk Police Department Welcomes New Officers Norwalk Police have added two new officers to their ranks.  During a ceremony on Monday, Dec. 9, Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling sworn in Matt Sauer and Brent Crawford, said the Norwalk Police Department. The incident took place around 8:23 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18, when the Yonkers Fire Department Engine Company 310 was dispatched to a call of a motor vehicle accident on the Saw Mill River Parkway, said Deputy Chief Joseph Citrone. Man Wanted For Alleged Sexual Assault Of Juvenile In Norwalk Extridated From South Florida A 32-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile. Eddie Gonzalez, address unknown, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 17, by the Norwalk Special Victim’s Unit detectives for an incident that began in October 2018, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake. Woman Nabbed For Heroin Possession, Driving With Suspended License In Area, Police Say A 27-year-old area woman was arrested for alleged possession of heroin and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop. Mariah Candelario, of Late Katrine, was arrested around 10 p.m., on Monday, Dec. 16, following a stop by an Ulster County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit, said Det. Lt. Abram Markiewicz.
