Woman Arrested For Hitting, Biting Person During Domestic Dispute, Police Say
A 25-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly hitting and bitting another person during a domestic dispute.
Heather N. Free, of Saugerties, was arrested around 7:50 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17, after Saugerties Police responded to a 911 call for a domestic dispute at the Hickory Ridge Apartments, Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.
When officers arrived on the scene they found that Free, allegedly while in an intoxicated condition, had thrown the victim’s personal belongings out of their residence, Sinagra said.

Man Nabbed For Alleged Dwai /Drugs Following Traffic Stop In Northern Westchester
A 28-year-old man was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs after police were notified of an unsafe driver.
Michael Vazquez, of Yorktown, was arrested around 2:40 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18, after he was spotted driving erratically by an off duty officer who reported the incident, the Yorktown Police said.
During the stop on East Main Street, an investigation revealed Vazquez was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs, police said.

Three Men, Woman Arrested In Death Of Man Found Bound, Beaten On Side Of Road In Area
Three men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the murder of an Orange County man who was found beaten and bound on the side of a roadway.
On Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019, around 8:15 p.m., Michael Partridge, 28 of Chester, was discovered by a passing motorist on North Hudson Street in the Village of Chester, severely beaten and bound, said New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel.
The motorist called 911 and the Village of Chester Police Department responded along with EMS.
