Peter Watson, of Central Islip, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 18, by detectives with the SPCA went to his Nagle Avenue home to investigate an anonymous tip of multiple dogs confined in filthy crates and one dog actively bleeding from injuries and bite wounds, said the Suffolk County SPCA. Steering Wheel Fight Leads To Arrest Of Two In Area A domestic dispute led to a passenger in a vehicle allegedly grabbing the steering wheel while the car was in motion and a tussle followed. Jose Navarrette, 48, and Mariah Powell, 20, both of Ansonia, were arrested on Saturday, Dec. 21, by Milford Police in the Walmart parking lot, said the Milford Police. According to police, during a verbal argument, Powell allegedly grabbed the steering wheel and Navarrette pushed her away. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court.
