ID Released For Man Struck, Killed By Metro-North Train
A man who was struck and killed by a Metro-North train in Westchester has been identified.
Ramon Rodriguez, 31, of Brooklyn, was killed around 10:12 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 26, when he was struck near the Port Chester station by a train from Stamford and due to arrived at Grand Central around 11:14 p.m., said Metro-North officials.
MTA officials said Rodriguez's death is still under investigation, but no criminality was believed to be involved.

A 3-year-old boy shot during a home invasion that killed three family members is fighting for his life.
The child was shot multiple times on Sunday, Jan. 26, at an Orange County home on Route 300 in Chadwick Lake Park in the Town of Newburgh.
During the shooting incident, the child's parents, Jimmy Crisantos, 27, Shatavia Crisantos, 26, and another child, 9-year-old Giovanni Tambino, the son of Shatavia from a previous relationship, were killed, according to Town of Newburgh Police Chief Donald Bruce Campbell.

Estranged Husband In Missing Mom Case Clinging To Life After Suicide Attempt
Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, is clinging to life and being treated for carbon monoxide poisoning hours after an apparent suicide attempt, police say.
Dulos was found at his Farmington, Connecticut, mansion around noon, Tuesday, Jan. 28, after he failed to show up in court for an emergency bond hearing, said Farmington Police spokesman Lt. Tim McKenzie at a press conference.
