State police report a search of the Farmington mansion belonging to Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband and alleged killer of missing Fairfield County mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, was performed following his attempted suicide.
The search, conducted on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at the Jefferson Drive home, was related to the on-going murder investigation of Jennifer Farber Dulos of New Canaan, state police said.

Teen Arrested For Swiping Cellphones From Shoppers At Trumbull Mall, Police Say
A 14-year-old Bridgeport teen has been arrested for his alleged taking part in two robberies at the Westfield Trumbull Mall.
The unidentified teen was arrested, Sunday, Jan. 26, after being identified as one the suspects wanted in two separate incidents where cellphones were snatched from mall shoppers, said Trumbull Police Lt. Brian Weir.

Drunk Man Apprehended After Assaulting Medic Inside Ambulance, Bridgeport Police Say
A 30-year-old man who was allegedly drunk was arrested after attacking a medic inside an ambulance, police said.
Peter Ragusa, address unknown, was arrested at 8:10 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 29, by Bridgeport Police following the attack, said Scott Appleby, director of emergency management.
According to Appleby, police responded to assist medics with a "very intoxicated," person who had a thumb injury and was not coopering and screaming obscenities at ambulance personnel.

IDs Released For Two Shot During Hail Of Bullets In City Of Newburgh
Two people injured when at least 17 bullets were fired during a shooting in the City of Newburgh have been identified by police.
Allah Gayle, 17, and Aaron Stone, 33, both of the City of Newburgh, were shot around 6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28, outside of 119 S. Clark St., said City of Newburgh Police Det. Lt. Joseph Burns.
Gayle was shot several times in the leg and abdomen area. Stone was shot in the hand and leg, Burns said.

A pedestrian walking in the crosswalk was struck by a vehicle at a busy intersection in the area, police say.
The Ulster County incident took place around 7:54 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29, at the intersection of Main Street and South Oakwood in New Paltz
