The incident took place around 9:20 a.m., Monday, Feb. 3, on Longwood Road in Sands Point. Nassau County police said the man was rescued and is being airlifted to the hospital. Employee Charged With Stealing More Than $4K In Goods At Lowe's In Northern Westchester A 38-year-old Lowe's employee was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $4K worth of merchandise from the store in Northern Westchester where he worked. Nathaniel Dustin Dain, of Peekskill, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 30, by police after they said they received a complaint from the Yorktown store earlier in the month.
