Innocenti Is Not Innocent: Fredericksburg Police Arrest Man For Sexual Assault Fredericksburg Police arrested a suspect who sexually assaulted a woman he knew, officials said. At around 9 p.m. on July 27, Christopher Innocenti, 44, sexually assaulted a female victim at Dixon Park, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department, Authorities said the victim was able to get away and call police. The following day, Innocenti was arrested for aggravated sexual battery and was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, officials reported.

On July 28 at around 7:40 p.m., Darius Whited was riding his motorcycle at the intersection of Garrisonville Road and Patton Drive when he collided with a Toyota Rav4, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.  Whited suffered life-threatening injuries and later died in a local hospital, officials reported.
