Former Charlottesville Nurse Pleads Guilty To Drug Fraud Charges: DOJ A woman who formerly worked at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville as a nurse has pled guilty to drug fraud charges, federal officials said. On July 25, Angelica Franklin, 36, of Chesterfield admitted that a month after starting work in the hospital in 2021, she entered fraudulent orders for fentanyl and hydromorphone into the hospital's electronic records, according to the Department of Justice. Manassas Man Held Woman At Knifepoint In Attempted Robbery, Wanted: Police Police are seeking a 29-year-old from Manassas who is wanted for attempted armed robbery, officials said. Manuel Gonzalez allegedly approached a 27-year-old woman in the 10200 block of Farragut Court sometime before 8:20 p.m., and attempted to rob her at knifepoint, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Six Burglaries, One Man: DC Police Arrest 65-Year-Old Suspect Police have arrested a 65-year-old man for his involvement in six separate burglaries in D.C., officials said.From May 3 to July 29, Avery Robinson forced his way into six residences and burglarized each, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. All of the burglaries occurred in the 1200 block of 11th Street, except the fourth, which occurred in the 1100 block of 11th Street, authorities reported. Robinson was charged for each burglary, but no further information was released.

Baltimore 14-Year-Old Shot In Back Of Head: Developing A 14-year-old boy was allegedly shot in the back of the head in Baltimore, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.
