Leesburg Police Seek Missing 20-Year-Old After His Teen Abductee Was Found Safe Leesburg police are searching the man who abducted a teenage girl, officials said.At around 9:30 p.m. on August 19, police arrived at a residence on Fort Evans Road, where they discovered that 16-year-old Yelsi Mendez-Chicas was assaulted and abducted by 20-year-old Joel Hernandez-Melendez, according to the Leesburg Police Department. Woodbridge Man, 42, In Custody For Sexually Assaulting 10-Year-Old Girl A Woodbridge man was arrested for sexually assaulting a juvenile girl, police said.Sometime before 3:15 a.m. on August 16, the suspect, Myles Overton IV, went into the 10-year-old girl's bedroom and sexually assaulted her, according to Prince William County Police. The suspect left the home and the victim told a family member, who then called the police, law enforcement reported.
