Man Uses Four Young Children To Steal Items From Manassas Walmart A D.C. man was arrested for using four children to steal unpaid items from a Manassas Walmart, before leaving them behind at the store, police said.On August 20, just before 7 p.m., 30-year-old Damian Woods had four children stuff stolen items into backpacks in the Walmart located at 8386 Sudley Road, the Prince William County Police Department said. Good Samaritan Killed Trying To Help Disabled Motorist In Virginia Beach A man was killed in Virginia Beach after trying to assist a nearby disabled driver, police said.On August 18, sometime before 10 p.m., 55-year-old Juan Encarnacion pulled over to help someone with their car hood up and emergency flashers on in the 6000 block of Indian River Road, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department Encarnacion got out of his car to help the disabled motorist, when he was unfortunately struck by another car, officials said. Outdoor Structure Goes Up In Flames From Car Fire In DC An outdoor structure in D.C. was set on fire after a car burst into flames beneath it, police said. Just before 4:30 a.m. on August 21, a car fire sent a large outdoor structure up in flames, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
