Three Injured In Long Island Head-On Crash Three Long Island residents were injured during a head-on crash when one of the drivers allegedly crossed over into the other vehicle's lane.  The crash took place around 2:27 p.m., Monday, Dec. 14, on Flanders Road in Southampton, said Lt. Susan Ralph of the Southampton Police. ID Released For Man Found Dead In Front Of Fairfield County Home A man found dead in front of a home in Fairfield County has been identified. Brandon Goode, 26, of Bridgeport, was found dead around 7:25 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 13, when Bridgeport Police responded to 242 Harral Ave., for a reported assault, said Scott Appleby, director of the Office of Emergency Management.  When officers arrived on the scene they found the 26-year-old man suffering from wounds to his lower extremities, said Bridgeport PD Capt. Worker Injured After Being Trapped Between Two Industrial Lifts On Long Island An industrial worker suffered serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries after becoming trapped between two lifts on Long Island. The incident took place around 11:15 a.m., Monday, Dec. 14, when a 55-year-old man was loading industrial lifts on to a flatbed truck in the parking lot of Sunbelt Rentals, located at 150 Nassau Ave., Islip when he became trapped between two lifts, said the Suffolk County Police. Man Wanted For Sexual Assault, Possession Of Child Porn Turns Himself In To Police A man wanted for the sexual assault of an adult and for possession of child pornography turned himself in to the police. Ames Flatow, 30, of Guilford, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 14, for an October sexual assault in Milford, said the Milford Police. An investigation following the sexual assault also found that Flatow was allegedly in possession of child pornography, police said. Flatow was charged with: Sexual assault  Unlawful Restraint  Voyeurism Possession of child pornography Flatow was released on $400,000 and appeared in Milford Court on Monday, Dec. 14.
