Police Investigating Double Homicide At CT Apartment Police continue to investigate the death of two people found dead inside an apartment in Connecticut. The two, a man and a woman, were discovered around 11:30 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 10, when New Haven Police received a 911 call reporting two severely injured people inside the apartment on Winthrop Avenue, the department said. Jahleel Bailey, 22, was arrested early Monday, Jan. 11, on Staten Island, for the murder of Brandon Goode, of Bridgeport on Monday, Dec. 13, said the Bridgeport Police Lt. Christopher LaMaine.
