The unidentified Stamford juvenile was charged with felony murder, murder, conspiracy to commit robbery, larceny and carrying a pistol without a permit, Harris said. ID Released For Fishkill Fatal Crash Victim A Beacon woman has been identified as the victim in a two-vehicle fatal crash in Fishkill that closed Route 9D for hours. Hilary R. Holmes, 49, was killed when the crash occurred around 9 a.m. Monday between a 2009 Honda Accord and a 2013 International box truck after she lost control of the vehicle, said Capt. During sentencing in Stamford, Philliann Barnett, 39, was given a 10-year sentence, reduced by half.
