Human Bones Found On Top Of Gravesites At Historic Stamford Cemetery Bones found on top of gravesites at a historic cemetery in Stamford are most likely human, Stamford Police said.  Detectives don't suspect foul play, but they do suspect a groundhog or woodchuck is the culprit, said Capt. Fire Breaks Out In Poughkeepsie Duplex Five adults and four children were left homeless after a fire ripped through a two-story duplex in the City of Poughkeepsie. The fire, which started around 6:10 p.m. Monday, at 64 Talmadge St., began on the second-floor of the four-unit building, said City of Poughkeepsie Fire Chief Mark Johnson. Speeding Stony Point Man Nabbed For DWI A Stony Point man stopped for speeding was busted for DWI. Anthony Trombetta, 31, of Stony Point, was arrested for DWI after being stopped around 3:10 a.m. Sunday for speeding on South LIbery Drive in Stony Point, said Stony Point Police Lt. Daniel Hylas. During the stop, officers noticed that Trombetta seemed to be in an intoxicated condition and subsequently failed a field sobriety test, Hylas said.
