Town Of Poughkeepsie Police Search For TD Bank Robbery Suspect Town of Poughkeepsie police are searching for a man who robbed the South Road TD Bank branch in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Police said the robbery took place at 9:27 a.m. Thursday when the man walked into the bank at 1850 South Road and demanded money by passing a note to a teller, said Capt. Kevin Faber. The man indicated he had a gun but did not display one, he added. Missing Fairfield County Teen Brothers Found This story has been updated. Two missing Bridgeport brothers were found eating at a Norwalk McDonald's, according to Norwalk Police. The boys, Daniel Cardenas, 14, and Gabriel Cardenas, 13, who were last seen around 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, were spotted by the store manager at the McDonald's on Connecticut Avenue, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terry Blake. The boys are reportedly fine and have been reunited with their parents. The brothers had told friends through Snapchat that they were moving to California and said good-bye, but their mother was convinced they were in the area.

AT&T Store Clerk In Stamford Accused Of Stealing $232K In Merchandise One of two slick thieves was arrested by Stamford Police after stealing nearly a quarter of a million dollars worth of merchandise from an AT&T store last year. Cody Malcolm, 24, of the Bronx, turned himself into police Thursday after a warrant was issued for his arrest, as well as his unnamed accomplice, said Sgt. Sean Coughlin. More Than A Dozen Thefts From Public Mailboxes Reported In New Canaan New Canaan Police are warning residents to avoid using the large USPS mailboxes if possible after a rise in thefts from the boxes. Lt. Jason Ferraro said the town has experienced at least 12 reported cases of the "phishing" type thefts from mailboxes on Main and Pine streets. Three Injured In Head-On Putnam Crash Airlifted To Hospital Three local residents injured in a head-on crash on Route 9 had to be airlifted to Westchester Medical Center, officials said. The crash occurred around 5 p.m. Wednesday when a vehicle driving south veered into the oncoming lane and struck a northbound car, said state police. Man Clinging To Branch After Trying To Save Dog Rescued From Croton River A simple walk with his dog turned into a nightmare for a man who ended up clinging to a tree branch to keep from drowning in the rushing water of the Croton River. Convicted Felon Throws, Hits Child Outside Hudson Valley School, Police Say A 37-year-old man who threw and hit a small child is behind bars after state police were notified by a local school of the abuse. Michael P. Thorpe was arrested on Monday after New York State Police received a call from teachers and officials at the child's school who were concerned about the abuse, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Stamford Man Runs Down Driver Who Stole Girlfriend's Jeep, Police Say A weird case that landed two men in handcuffs all began with a woman's "stolen" Jeep.
