23-Year-Old Middletown Man Killed In Head-On Crash A 23-year-old man died in a head-on crash on late Tuesday night, according to police. According to City of Middletown police, the crash occurred around 11:10 p.m. on West Main Street when the unidentified man lost control of his 1999 Mazda Miata convertible, crossed over into the southbound lane and struck a number of trees and a telephone pole, said the City of Middletown Police.
