Hudson Valley Man Arrested For Violating Protective Order Numerous Times Town of Poughkeepsie police arrested a local man for violating an order of protection on numerous occasions, according to police. Anthony Guzzardo, 28, of Hyde Park, was arrested Friday, May 18, after the Town of Poughkeepsie Police received a complaint from the victim that Guzzardo had come within 500 feet of their residence on numerous occasions, said Capt. Body Found Near Dutchess Community College Parking Lot The body of a man has been found near the Dutchess Community College parking lot off Creek Road, according to the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department. Police found the man's body after receiving reports of an unresponsive male around 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, said Capt. Kevin Faber. When officers and EMS personnel arrived it was determined the man was deceased, police said. Faber said that although the investigation is continuing, foul play is not suspected in the case.  The identity of the man is being withheld pending notification of his family members.
