She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She attended Eastern Florida State College in Melbourne, Florida.

Burglary, Larceny Suspect Extradited To Greenwich Now Behind Bars A 26-year-old man wanted for larceny and burglary is behind bars in Greenwich following extradition from Manhattan. Greenwich Police arrested Juan Bonilla-Arias of Jackson Heights in Queens on several warrants after traveling to New York City on Thursday, Aug. 23, to take him into custody. Juan Bonilla-Arias is facing a combined six counts for a burglary and larceny on Gaston Farm Road on Nov. 18, 2017. He is being held on $100,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Rosbel Sanchez of Ridgefield was arrested early Monday and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening after police found he had threatened the victim over money, said New Canaan Police. Well-Known Man Killed After Crashing 1941 Classic Car, CT State Police Say A well-known 75-year-old man was killed when he lost control of the classic car he was driving and was ejected from the vehicle.  Arthur Kelly of Southington was driving a 1941 Willys Model 441 on North Main St., in Southington, when he crossed the double yellow lines near Dunkin Donuts and collided with a parked, unoccupied vehicle off the road and shoulder, said Southington Police Sgt. Woman With 159 Bags Of Heroin, Two Others Nabbed In Area Drug Bust Three people were nabbed on drug charges following an investigation by a multi-agency task force working out of Orange County.  Conducted by the Port Jervis Police Department, the New York State Police, and the FBI, the task force focused on the sales of crack cocaine and heroin in the City of Port Jervis, officials said.
