She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. Woman Charged With Leaving Scene Of Crash In Greenwich A 43-year-old woman was charged with leaving the scene of a crash after police tracked her down by her vehicle registration. Ruth Dilworth of Greenwich was arrested Sunday after Greenwich Police responded to a vehicle crash on Riverside Avenue, Greenwich police said. Wall Collapse Closes Poughkeepsie Road Crews are on the scene of a wall collapse that has closed a roadway in the City of Poughkeepsie. The concrete wall collapsed around 6 a.m. Thursday at 123 Cottage St., said City of Poughkeepsie Fire Chief Mark Johnson.  The building, a commercial structure, is used for storage, he said.  No one was injured and building officials are on the scene to determine the safety of the structure, he added. Cottage Street is closed while the road is cleared of debris.
