Woman Hits Man With Mirror In Greenwich Domestic Dispute, Police Say A 28-year-old woman landed behind bars after throwing a mirror at a man during a domestic dispute. Natasha McKenzie, of Greenwich, was arrested on Tuesday after Greenwich Police responded to a call on Wilbur Peck Court regarding a physical altercation between a man and a woman, Greenwich Police said.  Upon arrival, the officer found that McKenzie had thrown a mirror at the man, hitting him in the back, during the fight.  She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. McKenzie was released on $1,000 bond.

Teen Caught After Crashing Stolen Car Into School Bus, Police Say A 16-year-old was arrested for stealing a vehicle and then slamming into the back of a school bus and taking off again. The incident took place around 7:46 a.m. Thursday when Hartford Police patrol units responded to a report that a school bus was struck from behind by a Ford Edge and the driver then fled the scene, Hartford police said. It's happening again.  Those scam calls with a person on the other end saying one of your grandchildren have been in an accident, arrested or is in trouble and they need money to stay "out of court" are making the rounds once again. The suspects will then put a child on the phone that is usually crying and quickly asks the grandparent for help and then has the phone taken away. Two Nabbed In Statewide Task Force Fentanyl Bust Two people were nabbed by the Connecticut State Police Task Force for allegedly selling fentanyl in large amounts. Leonardo Vazquez, of Hartford, was arrested Thursday on a warrant following an investigation by the Connecticut State Police Statewide Narcotics Task Force. As a result of the search warrant, detectives seized a large amount of fentanyl packaged for sale, crack cocaine, marijuana, numerous items related to narcotics sales and packaging, and one 9mm handgun.
