Seven Measles Cases Confirmed In Rockland Rockland County government officials are putting out the call for anyone who has not received the measles vaccine to so now that seven cases have been confirmed in the county.Rockland County Executive Ed Day and County Health Commissioner Dr. Patricia Schnabel Ruppert said due to additional cases of measles from international travelers to Rockland, more people potentially have been exposed to measles. Investigators Narrowing Down Location Of Recycling Materials Containing Dead Baby Boy This story has been updated. Investigators have narrowed down several locations where recycling materials came from in which the body of a full-term newborn baby boy was found dead by an employee in Stamford early Tuesday morning. Child Hurt In Monsey Incident Ramapo police said a 5-year-old child was hurt during an incident at a Monsey home. According to police, the incident took place around 9:06 p.m. Monday when police received an emergency call on Jill Lane in the village of Kaser. An investigation determined the emergency involved two juvenile family members and the 5-year-old suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police did not confirm if the child had fallen from a second-story window. The child was transported by Hatzolah Ambulance to Westchester Medical Center. State Police Nab Man Accused Of Trying To Video Child In Bathroom A 33-year-old man was arrested for allegedly attempting to videotape a juvenile as he changed his clothes in a bathroom. Jeremy Renaud, of Brooklyn, Conn., was arrested on Sunday by Connecticut State Police following an incident that took place on Sept. 4, in the Town of Killingly in which a teen, who entered a bathroom to change noticed a cell phone propped up with the video recorder running, state police said. Mother Charged In 5-Year-Old Son's Hot Car Death In Connecticut A 31-year-old mother who called police because she could not find her 5-year-old son has been charged with criminally negligent homicide. On May 3, around 2:28 p.m., Whitney Bosselman of the Village of Quaker Hill in the Town of Waterford called police reporting her 5-year-old son was missing from the family home, said Waterford Police Lt. Shelton Police Looking To Identify Bank Robbery Suspect Shelton Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who robbed a Key Bank on Monday. The robbery took place around 10 a.m. Monday at the bank located at 794 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton Police Det. Christopher Nugent. According to Nugent, the man walked into the bank and passed a teller a note demanding money and implying he had a weapon, he said. No one was injured during the incident. Truck Slams Into Pole In Stamford Hazmat crews are on the scene of a crash on Dyke Lane where an excavator struck wires and several poles, bringing down three large transformers to the ground, said Stamford Police. The construction incident took place around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday near the foot of Washington Boulevard, closing the roadway from Dyke Lane to Manor Place, police said. ID Released For Woman Visiting Westchester Killed In Single-Car Crash A woman who was killed in a single-vehicle crash during a visit from India to attend a Westchester wedding has been identified. Police said that Bina Chopra, age unknown, was killed during the crash around 10 p.m. Saturday on South Broadway near Benedict Avenue in Tarrytown, said Tarrytown Police Lt. Greg Budnar.
