Two-Alarm Fire Rips Through Three-Story Town Of Poughkeepsie Home Arlington firefighters are on the scene of a two-alarm fire that ripped through a three-story home early Friday. The fire was called in around 7:26 a.m. Friday, at 12 LaGrange Ave., in the Town of Poughkeepsie, said the Arlington Fire Department. The daughter of the late Abraham and Anna Fox, she was born on August 20, 1918, in Brooklyn. She later married her first husband, Reuben Mokotoff, a cardiologist from Manhattan, where they lived until she talked him into moving his practice to Middletown in 1954. A professor at S.U.N.Y. School Bus Crashes With Car In Westchester This story has been updated. Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a crash between a school bus and a car late Thursday afternoon in Westchester. The crash took place around 3:30 p.m. at Olmsted Road and Brewster Road in Scarsdale, according to the Scarsdale Police. No injuries were reported. The fire department, as well as EMS, responded along with police officers, police said. Police did not know which school the bus serviced.

SUV Driver Charged With Felonies In Route 59 Crash That Injured Four An SUV driver who was involved in a three-vehicle crash that injured four has been charged with numerous felonies. Based on an investigation conducted by the Clarkstown Police Detective Bureau following the crash on Monday on Route 59 in Nanuet, Rohan Brijlall, 41, of the Bronx, was arrested Thursday, said Det. Robert Whitaker of North Carolina turned himself in for the Jan. 27 shooting of a man in front of the Fireman's Exempt Social Club, said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matt Clark. According to Clark, Noel McClinton, 35, was killed around 2:58 a.m. at the club at 200 Mansion St., when multiple shots were fired, striking him numerous times.
