Man Nabbed In Greenwich For Series Of ATM Burglaries A serial ATM bandit wanted for at least three burglaries has been nabbed by Greenwich Police. Joshua B. Moore, 37, of Shelton, was arrested on Tuesday for a series of burglaries in which the ATMs had been emptied of cash overnight dating back as far as August 2017, said Capt.
