Across the state, 40 people were diagnosed with measles in January, and there have been at 186 cases since October, with the largest number of cases in Rockland, state health officials said. Suspect Nabbed In Shelton Downtown Burglaries An alleged serial burglar was nabbed by Shelton Police following an investigation into at least five burglaries.  Clinton McDevitt, 47, of New Haven, was arrested Thursday by the Shelton Police Department after he was developed as a suspect through an investigation, said Shelton Police Det.
