Greenwich Woman Caught Shoplifting $130 In Items From CVS, Police Say A 59-year-old Bridgeport woman was arrested after allegedly ripping off $130 in goods from a local CVS store. Vanessa Jackson was arrested on Tuesday around 10:25 a.m. after Greenwich police officers responded to the CVS store on West Putnam Avenue for a report of larceny, Greenwich Police said. An investigation revealed that Jackson took several food items valued at $130 from the store without paying for them, police added. She was charged with larceny and released on a promise to appear ticket. She is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 6.
