Two Injured In Trumbull Head-On Crash Two people were injured during a head-on crash on Merrimac Drive in Trumbull. The crash took place around 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, with both the Long Hill and Trumbull Center fire departments responding for a possible entrapment. When units arrived on the scene they found two vehicles with heavy damage and two injured, but no entrapment, said the Long Hill Fire Department. Search On For Suspect In 7-Eleven Armed Robbery Police are searching for an armed suspect who held up an area 7-Eleven store. The incident took place around 4:10 a.m., Tuesday, April 23, when the man walked into the store at 801 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, said the Naugatuck Police.
