Suspect On Loose After Armed Man Robs Trumbull Subway Shop Police are asking the public for help in locating an armed man who allegedly robbed the Subway sandwich shop. The robbery took place around 9:23 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, at the shop on Quality Street, said Trumbull Police Lt. Brian Weir. A lone gunman entered the Subway and demanded money from the employees, Weir said. Three-Vehicle Crash Backs Up Traffic On New Tappan Zee Bridge Traffic is backed up about two miles on the new Tappan Zee Bridge following a three-vehicle crash that included a tractor-trailer. The crash took place around 9:20 a.m., Wednesday, May 15, southbound in Tarrytown, between mile markers 20.4 TO 13.4, said the New York State Police.
